Year 2: Nursery
With the second year came a shift from hand drawn into starting to develop digital skills. Here first steps are taken into Illustrator and SketchUp alongside improving Photoshop and Indesign skills. The project began as abstract cardboard sculptures which where then developed into a nursery. An important aspect was the encompassment of the design to reflect the nursery's pedagogical approach.
During the summer prior to my second year I attended the Bartlett's summer school. There I was encouraged to explore the abstract.
